Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have gone
by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
It is important that you provide your invoice number when returning goods. Please
note that we do not accept returns on products purchased from other retailers.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all orders returned to us in a resell-
able (unworn, tags attached, clean, neatly folded) condition within our 14 days
returns policy.
It is important that garments are returned in the original packaging to
be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Purchases made in-store are also subject to a 14 day return policy. Should you wish
to return your in-store purchase, we offer an exchange or credit note only.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed following receipt of
goods delivered to out returns address.
Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be
processed individually on our returns portal.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or offer an exchange on any
swimwear products or underwear.
To make holiday shopping easier, we've extended our returns period! Purchases made between November 13th 2024, and December 25th 2024, can be returned until January 14th, 2025. All items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please have your receipt or order confirmation available for a smooth return process.

At Folk Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Products which have been reduced
We know it can be frustrating when you see something you bought reduced the following day. This is why we offer our customers the difference back within 24 hours of purchase. If the order was placed between 24 - 48 hours before the item was reduced, this will be offered back to you in store credit only. After this time frame, we are unable to honour the price match discount. The item can still be returned for a full refund so long as it meets the return policy requirements.
